Service and file retention
Converted files are stored temporarily (typically up to one hour) and then deleted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and pricing may change.
Payments
Paid plans and credits are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) for tax and checkout when enabled. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request a refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatementsCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including visa refusals or financial losses related to formatted documents.
