StatementsCraft ("we", "us") provides bank statement conversion tools at statementscraft.com. For privacy requests contact support@statementscraft.com.

What we process

We process uploaded bank statement files solely to provide conversion services. We do not log file contents. Account data (email, usage counts) is handled via Clerk and Supabase when you sign in.

File retention

Uploaded and converted files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after approximately one hour. Download links expire after the same period.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you accept via our cookie banner. You may reject analytics cookies without affecting core conversion features.

Legal bases (GDPR)

For EU/EEA/UK users: we process conversion data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you request). Analytics runs on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data or contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. EU users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Indian users may exercise rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 via our contact email.

Subprocessors

We use trusted providers to operate the service:

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Stripe — payments
  • Supabase — account and usage data
  • Cloudflare R2 — temporary file storage
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics (consent-gated)
  • Vercel / Render — hosting

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
