- Checklist allows internet banking statements
- PDF shows bank letterhead, account name, number, period, and all pages
- File is complete (no missing months)
When to get a stamp / attestation
- Checklist explicitly requires stamp / seal / manager signature
- You only have a passbook and the mission wants branch confirmation
- Officer/VFS rejected an unstamped printout once
- You need a bank letter confirming balance on letterhead
