• Maintenance funds are still checked for 28 consecutive days.
• Statements must typically end within 31 days of application.
• London vs outside-London monthly rates differ — verify the current GBP amounts on gov.uk before you apply.

Standard Visitor

• There is no single fixed 28-day maintenance rule for Standard Visitor the way there is for Student.
• Officers still expect you to show genuine, accessible funds for the trip (often supported by recent statements).
